Refund policy

J&J Plastics, Inc (formerly EndureQuest Corporation) will not accept returns on custom manufactured orders. J&J Plastics, Inc (formerly EndureQuest Corporation) will accept customer returns of a non-custom-manufactured item/s; returns may be possible but not guaranteed. Note that returns will be subject to a restocking fee (which will vary up to 15%) and return shipping will be the purchaser's responsibility. Any item returned must be in new condition, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
