Shipping Information
General: We ship your order using your preferred shipping. All orders are shipped FOB Porterville, CA. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and size per package and added to your order. Please contact EndureQuest Corporation customer service for further shipping questions and options.
Standard Ground Shipments
UPS, USPS, or FedEx Express ships most orders under 150 pounds. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers; please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery.
Truck Freight Shipments
Freight customers or a designated individual by the customer must be present to accept the order and offload it. Smaller orders can be unloaded by hand; carriers provide a lift gate in some cases. Large orders may require a forklift (at customer expense) available through a local rental company.
Sales Tax
Deliveries to California addresses are subject to applicable California sales tax. International deliveries do not include any applicable duty, value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Damages & Shortages
Please inspect the shipment upon receipt of your order. Note any changes, shortages, overages, or damage on the bill of lading. Contact us immediately to file a claim. For further assistance, contact EndureQuest Corporation customer service at (844) 219-8008. Photos are always helpful for damaged shipment claims. Failure to report and/or note discrepancies or damages on the bill at the time of delivery may prevent the filing of your claim. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Limited Warranty:
EndureQuest Corporation makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse (negligence or accidental), repairs, or alterations outside our facilities, or lack of maintenance.
Returns
EndureQuest Corporation will not accept returns on custom manufactured orders. EndureQuest Corporation will accept customer returns of a non-custom-manufactured item/s; returns may be possible but not guaranteed. Note that returns will be subject to a restocking fee (will vary up to 15%) and return shipping will be the purchaser's responsibility. Any item returned must be in new condition, original packaging, and in sellable condition.
